Individual purchases can be refunded in full within 7 days of purchase. Because access is delivered instantly, refunds aren't available after that window. Club and school licenses are non-refundable (annual license, invoiced).

Club licenses are invoiced and paid by ACH bank transfer only. Access runs from the purchase date through July 31 of the same year — except June and July purchases, which run through July 31 of the following year to cover the next season.
